Online registration is currently down. Call the DSC at 410-727-0722 to register and pay by credit card or fax your application to 410-843-0162. You can also mail your application and a deposit check to 1425 Key Highway; Baltimore, MD 21230.

If you want to make a cash payment, please do so in person at the DSC administrative offices at 1425 Key Highway (click here for directions).
