The Downtown Sailing Center (DSC) offers groups the opportunity to get out on the water and enjoy a half- or full-day of sailing. Separate your group into teams of three or four and experience a regatta with small keelboat training and racing on J/22 or 23-foot Sonar sailboats. Besides being fun, sailing fosters teamwork, leadership and self-confidence. Participants gain a working knowledge of sailing fundamentals, including sail theory, points of sail, sail trim, boating safety and rules of the road.
Your whole group can sail together on board the Pintita, a 43-foot Endeavour sailboat available for private corporate charters out of Baltimore or Annapolis. She is equipped to provide guests with a comfortable and relaxing sail. Certified by the U.S. Coast Guard to carry up to 20 passengers, the Pintita offers heat, air-conditioning and an all-weather enclosed center cockpit for protection against the elements.
You may arrange for your group to simply socialize and enjoy a daysail or the crew of the Pintita can teach your group members to sail – they will learn sail trim, navigation and how to take the helm, then work together to sail on their own while the crew relaxes. Either way, everyone in your group is sure to enjoy themselves!

Base prices do not include tax, docking fee, crew gratuity, or food or beverage charges. A delivery charge does not apply to charters out of Baltimore, but may be added for charters out of Annapolis or other locations. Charterers must provide their own alcoholic beverages.
